Karla J. Bodden

Karla Bodden has been a director of Queensgate, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, since 1993.  Ms. Bodden was a client accountant at Aall Trust & Banking Corporation Ltd., Grand Cayman from 1991 to 1993 and previously an accountant/auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, Grand Cayman from January 1990.

Ms. Bodden has a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Miami, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to her role at Queensgate, Ms. Bodden holds non-executive director positions on the boards of a number of investment funds managed by large institutional managers.
